What exactly does LocalsFlow do?
We build automation systems for local service businesses — missed-call text-back, lead capture, follow-up sequences, review requests, and reporting. The goal is to handle the repetitive work that falls through the cracks while your crew is busy, so fewer leads and jobs are lost.
How quickly can my system be up and running?
Most systems are live within 5 days. Day 1 is the audit call, Days 2–3 are build and setup, Day 4 is testing, and Day 5 is launch on your real number. From that point on we tune scripts and expand the system over time.
Is this a replacement for my receptionist or staff?
No. It handles the repetitive, easy-to-drop tasks — missed calls, follow-up messages, booking reminders — so your team can focus on jobs and real conversations. Most businesses run it alongside their existing front desk or answering process.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. The system is designed to work with your existing number. We confirm the exact setup during the audit call based on your phone provider.
What industries do you work with?

Do I need to understand the technology to use this?
No. We handle everything: setup, scripts, automations, and ongoing optimization. You get a simple weekly report showing what's happening. You approve the SMS scripts we write before anything goes live — that's your only required input at the start.
What's included in the setup?
Every package includes the build, testing, and ongoing optimization — not just a one-time install. Starter covers missed-call text-back, lead capture, follow-up automation, and a weekly report. Growth adds review request automation. Pro adds Google Business Profile optimization and monthly GBP management.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your business size and the system you need. Book a call and we'll design the right setup and give you a clear number — no surprise fees. Founding-client pricing is locked in and won't increase as we add services.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts to start. We earn your business month to month.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes — founding clients get a 14-day guarantee. If the system isn't working as described within the first 14 days, we'll make it right.
Do I have to automate everything at once?
No. Most businesses start with one workflow — typically missed-call text-back or follow-up — confirm it works, then add more over time. You control the pace and can expand into reviews, GBP management, or lead generation when you're ready.
Can this guarantee more revenue or more jobs?
No. We won't make that promise. The system is built to help you respond faster and follow up consistently, which reduces the opportunities that slip away — but results depend on your market, pricing, and how you handle the leads the system captures.
