Our services

The website describes what our systems are designed to do and lets you request a free growth audit or apply to work with us. Any paid services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and LocalsFlow, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding those services. Pricing shown on the website reflects our current offering and may change; the rate that applies to you is the one set out in your agreement.

Payments and subscriptions

Where you purchase a subscription or pay a setup fee, payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, and you agree to its terms in addition to ours. Unless your agreement states otherwise: subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled; fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; setup fees and amounts already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. Third-party usage costs (such as phone, SMS, or software) may be billed separately as described in your agreement.

No guarantees

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. We describe what our systems are designed to do, but we do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes — these depend on many factors outside our control. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Termination of any paid services is governed by your agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ontario will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in your separate agreement.
